What is your jewelry made out of?

  • Earrings are made from polymer clay, UV resin and stainless steel hardware. All earrings are hypoallergenic and nickel free. Dangle earrings are 18k/24k gold plated and .925 sterling silver plated posts. Details and descriptions are labeled on each listing.

What medium do you paint with?

  • All paintings are acrylic paint and various mixed medias on canvas or paper.

Do you accept commissions?

  • Yes, commissioned work is always open for both jewelry and paintings! If you have an idea for a custom piece of jewelry or a painting, please email Alyssa at alyssakatedesigns@gmail.com for more information!

  • ALL CUSTOM JEWELRY ORDERS MUST BE $100 OR MORE BEFORE SHIPPING, please contact for more details! Prices for custom earrings remain the same with the required $100 minimum.

Who makes your phone cases and accessories?

  • Alyssa Kate Designs currently uses RedBubble and Printful for all phone cases and accessories. Red Bubble/Printful is responsible for all shipments and deliveries for these items. Alyssa Kate Designs is unable to make changes or check delivery status’s on these products. If you have a question regarding your order on Red Bubble/Printful, please contact Red Bubble/Printful directly.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When will my order ship? 

  • In stock items ship within 2-3 days of placing your order. Custom art and jewelry timeframes vary, depending on the request. If you are experiencing an unusually long delay since your order was placed, please email Alyssa at alyssakatedesigns@gmail.com.

  • All paintings and prints take 2-3 weeks to process.

  • Custom artwork varies on delivery and completion date, please email Alyssa for specific details regarding custom artwork timeframes.

How will you ship my order? 

  • Large canvas paintings will be packaged a well padded cardboard box to protect the painting. Jewelry will be placed in a small cardboard box and packaged in a bubble mailer. Prints and non-canvas artwork will be packaged between cardboard and wrapped in bubble wrap.

  • Alyssa also offers delivery for paintings depending on the distance. Please contact Alyssa for further information regarding personal delivery or pick-up options for paintings.

  • Shipping costs for original paintings are *not* included in the listing price, please contact Alyssa through the link in the painting description for more information on shipping and delivery.

Will all my items ship together?

  • When you checkout, you will be asked how you would like your order packaged! Alyssa Kate offers items to be packaged together to save on excess material, or you can have your items packaged separate for gift purposes.

  • Shipping for large original paintings is calculated upon contacting Alyssa. Rates vary.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I received my item(s), may I exchange it/them for something different? 

  • Alyssa Kate Designs can not offer any exchanges, unless the wrong item was shipped to you. If this does happen please contact Alyssa at alyssakatedesigns@gmail.com

Can I return my item if I don't like it?

  • Alyssa Kate Designs does not offer returns but can guarantee you will like it!

My item arrived damaged- will you ship me a new one?

  • In the unfortunate case that this occurs, please send an image of the broken item to alyssakatedesigns@gmail.com. Alyssa Kate Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen items, but if the item has been damaged DURING SHIPPING I will be happy to send you a new one! Please note: Alyssa Kate Designs pieces are one-of-a-kind and nearly impossible to recreate. If your item ARRIVES damaged, I would be happy to replace the item with a new item, however it will not be the same as the original.
